    Use:

    It is the equipment to count and pack the cups, trays according to demand in-line, cup size and packing bag size can be changed. Automatic and easy operation.

    Featrues:

    1.PLC (Siemens)control with touch screen for the packing line2. With photocell for color tracking on printed film, exact cutting for bags.
    3.Vertical and horizontal sealing for bag.
    4.Conveyor stopped automatically if no cups feeding.
    5.The cups from tilt mold thermoforming machine can be dropped onto the cup collector of packing line, then delivery to conveyor for counting.
    6.Coding unit can be installed for date (Option).
