High Speed PLC Controlled Slitting and Rewinding Machine
This machine is mainly suitable for slitting PP, BOPP, PVC, PET, PAPER, Aluminum foil, etc. High speed and PLC controlled.
Featrues:
1. PLC control system: Adopt imported PLC to achieve accurate and stable control, touch screen display to enable simple and beautiful images. Interactive parameter setting the environment, Simple configuration can start the job: The user pre-start only need to input the material thickness, width, density, diameter and speed parameters, the next will be done automatically by a computer calculation to complete.
2. Auto Unwinding unit: it adopt non-axial Air pressure and get way with Air Chuck, who is caught taking raw materials fast, easy loading, single-person operation. Automatic EPC for unwinding, photocell is suitable for tracking the edge and color of transparent material.
3. Constant tension control.
4. Double Slip roller for rewinding, Magnetic clutch control for rewinding tension control.
5.Finished Produce unloading Unit:
It is a discharge rack can provide a larger diameter of the finished product is simple and efficient to operate and save time for the next feed.
6. Recline roller for slitting knife was special designed, save time in changing knife. 7. Penumatic circular knife are available.
