ASY Series Rotogravure Printing Machine
Use:

It is suitable for BOPP, PET, CPP, PVCD, combined film and paper. Max printing speed 50m/min, economic and low cost.

Featrues:

1.Double station unwinder with EPC, Maget powder tension control.
2.Single side, dual side printing available, multi-colors printing OK, with meter counting.
3.The main transmission system adopts speed adjusting motor to control the speed.
4.In feed unit steel roller was controlled by magnet powder brake.
5.Printing pressure structure by manual type (Option: Penumatic control)
6.Doctor blade can be adjusted up-down, left-right as well as its angle manual, Pressure of doctor blade adjustable manual (Option: Penumatic control).
7.Ink pump was installed.
8.The dry system adopts dual oven tunnel. The up and down oven of each printing unit adopts centrifugal blower to bring in the air. The temperature of oven can be adjusted and controlled automatically.
9.Machine body: cast iron chassis.
